Yes and no. This depends on a few factors. Yes if the Order is arranged and agreed on time at least 30 days before School opening date in case of Schools. No if the Order is arranged and agreed 5 days before School opening date

Secondly, Our business model dictates that we supply more quantities to many several customers in order to make profits through turnovers which translate into lower prices as opposed to making profits from high margins which translate into high prices.

Bank Transfers are the most convinient and effective mode of payment but we also receive payments through Cheques.

Yes we do allow instalments as long as a full payment is done within 30 days from invoicing date.

First of all as a person in charge of procurement, you are there to represent your institution. Therefore, you are giving the business to us on behalf of your institution and not on your behalf, it is not your personal business. However, we focus our efforts on servicing your institution better instead of focusing on you the representative. You are doing the job you are paid for by your employer.
